Its the full, non-negotiated rate I think. Reason why I think that is that I had to pay the hospital directly, not the insurance company. Hope this helps and good luck! I was wondering if the bill totals you posted above were the discounting prices or the ones that the doctors and hospitals try to get at first. On all of my freelancers statements it says the original doctor's price then it says the total that freelancers pays at a discounted price.
